Most brands come to us needing one thing fixed. Tia Lucia needed three things built (a brand identity, a website, and a podcast presence) all at the same time, all pointing in the same direction.

The Challenge

Building a brand, a website, and a podcast in parallel is a coordination problem as much as a creative one. Handle them separately and you end up with three assets that technically work but don't feel like they belong to the same business. Tia Lucia needed all three built together, from day one, so the brand voice that shows up on the homepage is the same one that shows up in the first episode.

What We Did

  • Developed the full brand identity: visual system and brand voice
  • Designed and built the website as the home base for the brand
  • Set up and produced podcast content as an extension of the brand, not a separate side project

The Work

We treated this as one project with three deliverables rather than three separate projects. The same visual language and tone that defines the brand identity carries through the website design and into how the podcast is presented. Cover art, episode descriptions, and the listening experience all read as one connected brand instead of three disconnected efforts stitched together after the fact.

The Result

Tia Lucia launched with a cohesive presence across every channel that matters: a brand identity, a website, and a podcast that all reinforce each other instead of competing for attention.

When brand, web, and content get built together instead of bolted together, it shows. That's a big reason this became one of our favorite full-scope projects.
