How Token built branding and a website for The Martin Center, a Canton, Ohio nonprofit, designed to earn trust with donors fast.
Branding, Website
The Martin Center
Faith & Nonprofit

Nonprofits carry a specific branding burden: every dollar spent on how the organization looks is a dollar a donor might question. That means the brand has to look credible enough to earn trust immediately, without ever looking like it cost more than it should have.
The Martin Center needed a brand and website that could do two things at once: communicate real credibility to donors, funders, and community partners, and clearly explain the organization's mission and programs to the people it actually serves in Canton, Ohio. Nonprofit websites often fail at one of those two audiences in favor of the other. This one needed to work for both.
Nonprofit web design has a narrower margin for error than most commercial projects. The visitor could be a donor deciding whether to give, a family looking for services, or a board member vetting the organization's professionalism, often within the same week. We built The Martin Center's site to serve all three without over-designing for any single audience: clear navigation, a straightforward mission statement above the fold, and a visual identity that reads as established and trustworthy.

The Martin Center now has a professional digital presence that matches the seriousness of its mission: a brand and website built to earn trust with donors and stay genuinely useful to the community it serves.
A nonprofit's website is often its first impression with the people it most needs to reach. This one was built to make that impression count.
